May I welcome you most warmly to my new website.
My plan is to talk with you for a few moments each month,
on or soon after the first day, about what is going on in
the field of leadership development... things that I find
significant or interesting. However, I don’t see this
page as a monologue, it is more a monthly rendezvous, a place
where we can pool ideas, share experiences and also inspire
each other for the immense task that lies ahead of us now
– I mean of course the creating and delivering of a
global strategy for growing the leaders of tomorrow, the ‘good
leaders and leaders for good’ this world so desperately
needs.
As a tail piece, each month I shall
include some ‘quotable quotes’ for leaders. If
you have a favourite pearl of wisdom, why not share it with
others?
