Thank you for your emails.  I am replying to them all personally.   A highlight of November was my address to a dinner for heads of all the UK's business schools given by the Association of MBAs in the Banqueting Hall in Whitehall.  My theme was the impact of the Leadership Revolution on management education.
The Adair Leadership Foundation will be offering a number of leadership training programmes (and other generic or transferable skills based on my work) for students in universities and the higher education field next year.  Please let me know if you are interested.  There will also be a Train the Trainers programme and an Effective Strategic Leadership programme in the summer.  Specially tailored in-company or in-house programmes for five or more participants are also available.
